Why not view it this way? If you can afford to support the team behind the app, give them some money for their hard work which allows you to learn.

heap Pro version now is much updated one than previous version year back.. Now 85% practical exercises more for pro. Bit size lessons with new UI. AI assistance with be next update comes soon.. Unlimited hearts, unlocked exercises.. You can try trial version of pro for 14 days.. Then you can continue or support by continue.., that is supporting for non-pros indirectly..

I have been redoing every lesson.🙃 I feel that most of the lessons for the different languages are basically using the same cookie cutter template. Only that it is adapted to the programming language being taught. They get repetitive after a while.😅 As for pro sections, thay are basically a slightly altered version of the non-pro section before it. So you're not missing much. You are basically redoing the same exercise. There are lots of external learning resources if you're really serious about learning. Don't depend entirely on Sololearn. Use it as a starting point. Unlimited hearts seems to be the only real perk. But I've never used them, so I wouldn't know. The new courses doesn't go in depth. That's my main criticism. And the swiping response seems to be too sensitive. Swiped back accidentally too many times. Very frustrating. But yes, if you can afford to, subscribing is the best way of supporting the platform. Everything runs on $ after all... even free lessons.

Did it for a year, not worth it for me. But may be entirely different for you.

The PRO Code coach challenges in the comunity section were good but few and in the courses the practices were too easy and weren't unlimited like they say PRO is not for me

Kethoji Manohar May be, yes. Actually, it is designed for beginners or new learners prospective so they will feel that it is not hard to complete a lesson per day, that new streak also tells the same. Previous version courses completion as lesson per day is a forse for learners actually, sometimes it is difficult for beginners. The courses new UI is beginners friendly, may not be same for intermediate or above level learners.. Feel free to send your feedback to Sololearn developers ( mailto: info@sololearn.com ) so they can review and try to improve for content on possible ways if need.
