Does anyone still come across wrong quizzes in challenges?

Does anyone still come across wrong quizzes in challenges after the update which allows us to see correct answers?

Sometimes. Good thing is that we can report them.

@Krishna problem is they've put the report function in the correct answers, which means I can only report something when the challenge is complete. Does not work for me with the amount of challenges I do, but I sure hope the rest will report.
