How to add transition on Read more

Question

See there are two div one on right and left 50% . On right their is image on and on left their is lorem30 and logo small and Readmore button. So I want a transition effect like only on hover a Read more then in left half from top on slider should appear which contains more information. How will I do that . I able to create a transition effect but that effect is getting applied only if I hover left half only . Not performing that hover effect when I will hover on only read more button. I want it in only html and css form . Will anyone help me . Does anyone know where I can find beautiful ui for my website. My website is about Ayurveda clinic
