And before the mail you can check
• the app is updated or not
• clear the cache in your storage section

Because you lost 3 chances and now, you can wait for 4 hours or you can refill hearts by use of your bits

That‘s not possible on Pro Version due to infinite amount of hearts, but thanks for your answer. :)
