Should I restart a javascript again coz I already learnt it 2 years ago?? or should I try to do projects??

I'm already familiar with programming I did it at school but haven't done it in a while, I tried a different career but I want to go back to coding but not sure if I should start afresh coz I have forgotten some stuff (but honestly it's coming back bit by bit in practice) or if I should continue where I left and focus on practicals and, build stuff and learn more things I haven't learn like Frameworks, typescript, APIs etc...

Indiphile Menziwa I wouldnt really restart from the beginning however it would be good if you did a recap and see what you know and what you dont know.

Ok I'll do that
