Web development requirements

Question

I want to be a web developer. I asked someone and they said I need HTML and css and JavaScript to do so. My question is would it be more effective to learn those languages separately as provided or just do the web development course alone or both?

Web development course covers the basics of html,css and js... altogether....
After finishing this you can learn them seperately to know it more deeper....
