I also use Sublime text, i have never tried Atom, but it sounds like its worth looking into

Well a few text editors allow for multiple languages such as Sublime text, but i guess if you was to program C# visual studio would be peoples weapon of choice, i guess the question is geared more towards web dev, but please also include your preferred IDEs too.
