There is an error in the Module 3 question.
I want to insert a FROM statement, but the application won't let me. please fix this error as soon as possible.

I found no error in the particular question, it works both on the apps and website.
Did you type a extra space?
If not, try to close the apps completely and restart it.

There's been glitches in app reported alot I myself have answered questions to have them fail but answer with same answer later to have it accepted

Would you be more specific which course you are referring to?
I guess it is Introduction to SQL or Data Programming, yet module 3 "Query Techniques" has many sub-section / practices.
Without further info it is hard to find the error.
