Those are 2 very different courses 😉
It ultimately depends on what your interests are. Either way, I recommend taking CS50 Introduction to Computer Science before deciding which specialization to pursue and once you complete CS50 Intro you could always take both Game Dev and AI.
The Python Developer course here on Sololearn is a good intro to Python and the Coding Foundations is a good primer for a CS class.

The course that benefits you as much as possible depends on what you do in the future.
I don't know the courses, so I'm going off the name (AI vs Game dev).
Both courses are beneficial, since learning is power. You'll likely learn something from both that you may end up applying without even realizing or that you find interesting.
AI is more useful in the context of data science. If you want to keep your options open for learning from data, being a researcher, or in general like the topic of AI.
Game developer sounds more hands on specific. May learn about behind the scenes work in the context of a game. Useful not just for being a game Dev, but also a software engineer and anything related to building or managing software.
Just a guess, based on the names. I'd say go for both :).
Python is often used in AI. Whereas game development may use C++, C#, or even Java/Lua. Python isn't really used in the gaming industry much.
Don't worry about what languages you know.

Choosing between CS50 for AI and CS50 for Game Development can be tough—they both have a lot to offer, and it really depends on your interests and career goals. AI is great if you're into data, machine learning, and how tech can "think," while game development is super fun and lets you create interactive experiences. When I was taking courses like these, I found that getting feedback on my code was a huge help, especially for understanding subtle errors or improving efficiency. A tool like FindMyStakes https://findmystakes.com/ was really handy for me to catch those little mistakes that I’d usually overlook and helped me learn faster.
