Yes, Sololearn is a useful platform to learn programming, apart from the courses, you are able to view other users' codes and learn a lot from them. You can also ask your questions and there are a lot of knowing users who are ready for help. Solving code projects and code challenges are very effective to practice and review your lessons.
To sum up, Sololearn helps you a lot, but I suggest to use other sources (one of them W3Schools website as an example) to improve your knowledge. Learn from everywhere!
