I don't know why this code won't work

Question

I want it so if they choose a letter, then it will perform a task.
The error that is coming up is:

number=int(input)
TypeError: int() argument must be a string, a bytes-like object or a number, not 'builtin_function_or_method'

If that is the code as seen, you did not pass the input() instruction into the int() instruction correctly. its should be:

number = int(input())

also, ensure you seperate your input on seperate lines,
