Career in cybersecurity

I want to build up a career in cybersecurity, I have kinda knowledge of python and web development so from where should I start ? 1) Should I build strong knowledge in programming and maths ? 2) should I prepare for exams like CCNA and ejpt ? Or 3) should I just hop into any Ethical hacking course and start practicing?
