if assume you copied a working code, for example from GitHub, and try to compile it on your PC, isn't guarantee that it will compile without errors.
This has to do with some factors such as language version, missing libraries, OS SDK version or other compiler settings

I followed the code and it seemed to work for the functional toggle me button displaying on or off. 🤷‍♂️
