Roblox uses Lua for its scripting language, so you should learn that first. Sololearn unfortunately does not have a course for Lua, but it’s similar to Python, so if you’re unfamiliar with coding, you might try learning Python first on Sololearn and then learning Lua elsewhere. After that, the Roblox Corporation provides documentation on how to write scripts specifically for Roblox and apply them in Roblox Studio.

If you intend to follow youtube videos, then you should be aware what animator the author of the video uses, because if it is the moon animator and not the built-in animator of Roblox, then the provided Lua code won't work as expected in the video. The moon animator is not free.
