Does anyone here know how to write python and php api and run it online to get the api link and add it to my html code?

Specifically: I'm learning python code at school, but my school has a summer vacation schedule and I can't stay to continue the summer course, so I thought I'd stay at home and haven't learned any API code yet, so I need your help.

for python:
FastAPI

I used it for educational purposes only. during the internship our scrum master asked me about it to do a presentation for them about how FastAPI works.
the documentation is well-written, so you can use it as your second brain :-)

at the university we needed to write a php api code with mysql/mariadb backend, and a c# frontend (winforms, restsharp)
