Hi, the low hanging fruit here for an editor is probably VS Code. It's developed by Microsoft and it's free.
As for how you can upload your websites you are going to need a hosting service which are usually paid services, you can try looking for hosting providers with free tiers, I recommend neocities.org but there's also GitHub Spaces or Netlify.
If you feel that's a bit too much consider uploading your code on Sololearn via the Code Bits on the app/site.
Let me know if I haven't been clear or need further explaining.

don't use vscode! it is rubbish and steals your data!
use VSCodium. it based on vscode, but it is telemetry-free by default. so you will be in safe.
I'm using it since 2017 (?), that was my best choice about the text editors

Lightweight editor is Notepad++ for html, css and javascript
VSCode would be heavy editor as it consumes lots of memory.

For html it is best to use VS CODE, its the best editor around with cloud storage and more! In order to run your sites use the live server extension and you can have everything in one place. You also have emmet which does your boilerplate and more for you.

I saw one on Google play store. It's called trebedit. I've been using and it seems good. Thanks for all the answers. Really appreciate it. God bless
