While technically batch file programming is programming, it's not really a robust language. I doubt anyone will consider adding that to SoloLearn as it's just a small thing.

If you are running windows and you want to write more elaborate scripts, it's better to use PowerScript, Python, or maybe bash scripting in WSL. I haven't seen anyone writing any in-depth batch files for decades.
