It's depends on you but according to me Sololearn is the best for learning, sharing codes and other coding practices.

If your looking for an IDE, Acode for Android wins hands down as the best for coding on mobile Android devices.

Here it is, I mean the Sololearn. But this is my personal choice. I had used a lot of apps but coding in Mobile Device, I think Sololearn is the best to host your code and learn new things.

Acode is a great choice for android, it's like VScode, and also beginner friendly, let take python as an example, you want to practice with python in Acode with some simple projects, then it's a good choices, but for more advanced projects like graphics which acquires advanced libraries like matplotlib.pyplot, pygame, PyQt5... Then Pydroid3 is a solid choice, it's support a lot of advanced libraries
but anyways I still recommend to use Acode because combine it with Termux, it will become a powerful IDE for coding in a lot of languages just need a bit of setup

If you have a mouse and a wireless keyboard I would definitely go with using Termux with a VNC viewer, cause you can install Nano, Micro, Vim... (I prefer Micro though)
Possibly VS Code, but I never really tried.
but if u don't need a GUI desktop, you can use micro in Termux

Guilherme Akyles Are you using Android or iOS?
Visual Studio Code is not available on Android but you may be able to use the web version.
