Leaderboard league

Question

As far as I know if you finish the league as number 1 you get promoted to the upper league. However I'm still in Saturn league for I don't know how months :) is this normal?

OmarSa in the leaderboard league the Saturn is the last league and you get the badge for it. Sometimes due to a glitch we can't receive it so we need to email them to get it at [e-mail]
