How to setup linux terminal on windows

Could anyone tell me how to setup linux terminal on windows? Without installing another OS (linux) on my PC or laptop?

You can actually use some of the linux distros without installing them. For example you can try out an Ubuntu without installing it on your HDD from a simple USB stick. If you desire you may also install Ubuntu as a second operating system and use both Windows/Linux.
