What are these purple cubes good for?

What are these purple cubes good for in the sololearn app? Is it just good for getting a "streak saver" or also something else? Because it says more or less "Bits are good for many things"... I don't get what else it's good for...

You're taking about bits right?
So, yes bits can be used to save our streak, we can get 1 streak saver by 120 bits and we can have 3 streak saver at a time.

Also, bits are use to refill the hearts incase we lose in questions during a lesson.

It's just a number and nothing else.

Even there is no need of them if we sincerely complete a lesson everyday(so we won't miss our streak) and answer the questions in a lesson carefully.
