How I continue learning?

I already finished te c# intermediate course. But there is not anything more. I Saw people having 3 titles of the same lenguaje. It's an error or really there IS nit more?

There were some old version of courses of some languages, but they were removed and updated, and the updated ones are what you're completing. They used to take courses here a long time ago, which is why they have the certificate of those courses.
