Everyone is studying it and why are you judging the activeness of course by it comment section, usually peoples don't want to comment, they only want to gain knowledge.

I'm also learning C ... Good language for OS learning and for hacking as it's low level near machine language. Also language source for many others, so good to know. Let's go my friend : C is a good one!
