I prefer which one to get better job python or redhat Linux system administration?

These are two completely separate areas. You have dev if you're planning to strictly code in python, and on the other hand you have infrastructure if you want to be a Linux admin / engineer. With that said, I work almost completely on Linux servers. Experience has taught me you will always want / need to automate tasks. BASH, Perl, Python, etc. are all requirements of a strong Linux admin. And fwiw, Python is one of the number one languages used in pen testing. I'd learn Linux if you're just getting started, and the rest will come naturally.
