I dont know how to developing as programmer? I know coding, I have pc and ide but what to do then ?

First you must focus in what is your interest.
Do you like program games?
Do you like program web apps?
Do you like program science applications?
... etc
Then trace your route, and keep in that direction, dedicating a dayly fixed amount of time to this.
