Try w3schools.com for learning website development.Try learning web development videos from YouTube .YouTube could be a great start for beginners to get into a project.

whenever you feel there something down hill, get back to the basics and try to concentrate . to come late is better than not to come , I mean : to master at least 90% of one language is better none

Here's a mediocre analogy of mine, but think of it this way, programming languages are simple tools, but simple tools alone can't build a house, you need power tools and materials, which can be expressed as libraries and APIs. To build a house, you will also need blueprints, which are more like SDKs. Like with web applications, you can use the ASP.NET framework (ASP.NET Core) to create websites and web applications. There are many tutorials online for just about everything you would want to make. So programming languages = simple tools APIs and Libraries = power tools + materials SDKs = blueprints

Try PHP as a backend for websites, like form validation ,db updation,db retrieval .I hope you can design the front end using HTML.If you want to know something like for eg how to get form valued into php..then Google it...stack overflow and w3schools is more than enough to answer your basic questions.

@Abdel yes ur wright about mastering but u can only when u make mistakes learn from it . It's similar to trial and error method. It works wonder rather than studying without actually doing anything in practice
