Why we don't have Perl and VB.Net courses?

As you might take a look at the courses they're either teaching good and important concepts or they hit the top 10 programming languages, VB.Net and Perl didn't even hit top 10 and less people ask for it (I'm sorry to hear), In my prediction its either C next or F#
