What's the best combo of language frameworks/ platforms to create small/ moderate websites single-handedly ?

Hi Codemunity! As put above, what's the best combination of backend and frontend languages (+ frameworks) to build some not-so-big websites? I know that html, css, js (along with jquery) are a must, but what then? php? django? node js? I'm namely seeking a setup for "solo-coding", say, small forums, personal blogs/ websites and the likes. Thanks for your help and consideration :)

I've done a bit of research...the Python stack seems cleaner and allows a faster deployment of the project...seems like I've gotta try several stuff here! Thanks anyways :)

I'm a huge fan of the MEAN/MERN stack. You can also combine it with bootstrap or foundation to speed up styling.
