At what stage of coding we can make our own dot matric games??

As I am a Lerner and I am learning c++ and c so I just want to know at what stage of coding I can make my own dot matric games ??

Don't worry man, I've been coding for 5 months and I'm 12 years old, I already made console apps, a little practice to using engines and you're there, good luck happy coding =)

if u have just started it would take some time around 1-2 years. but dont be discouraged it will be worth it
