MIT OCW vedio lectures with problem sets along with the book Introduction to algorithms suggested by @shamima is one complete package which is very good for data structures and algorithms.
It takes some time to complete the process, but persistent effort can be very rewarding.
I am in the middle of the process, if anybady would like we can dicuss how to derive maximum out of the cource by making it interactive and less painful.
