Any good resources to learn Sorting Algorithms and Data Structures?

Any books, tutorials,or website links will do. I've seen tutorialspoint, but really not being able to grasp the concepts.

MIT OCW vedio lectures with problem sets along with the book Introduction to algorithms suggested by @shamima is one complete package which is very good for data structures and algorithms. It takes some time to complete the process, but persistent effort can be very rewarding. I am in the middle of the process, if anybady would like we can dicuss how to derive maximum out of the cource by making it interactive and less painful.
