I want to learn python to be able to use its libraries of machine learning as NumPy and SciPy. Is this course appropriate ?

As far as I have come in the Python course here on SoloLearn, I have not seen anything from the SciPy (Scientific Python) bundle-- and I don't think I will. You should take this Python course to learn the basics... but beware! This course isn't perfect: Question what they teach you and try your own way, quite a few examples here are not very good. (But nontheless, I have learned a lot of new stuff thanks to SoloLearn)

Yes, I agree👆 With knowledge in python, I think you will can apply more easily your knowledge in "machine learning". Exists some good libraries, but you need to learn outside of this course. Matplotlib, ScyPy, NumPy, TensorFlow, Pyfuzzy, pybrain.
