You may find a lot of interesting books with standards higher than CBSE 12th here :
index-of.es/C++
The good ones are :
C++ in a Nutshell - O'Reilley
The C++ Programming Language - Bjarne Stroustrup
OOP in C++ - Robert Lafore
Also the following can be used to study C++ online:
www.cplusplus.com/doc/tutorial
www.cprogramming.com/
Hope this helps...

If you are a beginner in C++, I recommend you to use:
Core C++ : A Software Engineering Approach - By Victor Sthern...
It has the best explanations for a true beginner wanting to become a pro in the world of C++...
If you just want to study C++ for 11th and 12th, use Sumita Arora...
// I don't recommend this book btw...

I suggest that one bcoz I have studied from this book when I was in 11th and 12th standard. and from that book only I have learnt c++.I don't know which book is best and outdated. I only gave suggestion which was right according to me. but you are smart enough to choose.

if you wanna go for hardcopy books, then i would best suggest "C++ with Sumita Arora" . it helped me out a lot. Give it a shot and your understanding will drastically increase.

@Swati Tiwari
Thats an outdated book. I don't suggest anyone to use it. Robert Lafore is far better, if you seriously want to learn the language, and start doing things the C++ way.
Sumita Arora mostly contains C style syntax, and mixes it with outdated compilers...

@Swati Tiwari
Well, thats fine. You can always share suggestions, and it will on others in the end to take them.
I was just trying to share my opinion on the book. Sorry.
