Hostinger Free Web Hosting

I use hostinger free before I invest in actual hosting and it won't run my php scripts however the scripts work in xxamp so I'm not sure ...

free hosting doesn't support complete feature.

the version of php the provide is php 5/5.2

xampp has php ver 7.0/6.0

I think its better to use https://GoogieHost.com as they provide almost all the features which usually comes with premium web hosting like cPanel, Free SSL, Cloud Backup, Php 7.0.1 Support and many other things.

Hostinger provides latest versions of PHP 5 and 7, there is no 6!
Your problem may be that some Apache extensions that you need may not be available. Some are not available on Premium. Shared hosting has its limitations.
