From 1 to 10 how much do you think programming is difficult?

I think 10 , BUT:
difficult ? it's not depend of programming language,
it's depend of problem what u solve; Let me give u one example: when u solve some problem , u can write code faster in C++ than Java ( ususally in Sport Programming ) or when u write API u can use php or node.js or ... etc , problem's level is still constant , but ur code maybe is not very good realized
