Where will the data taken be stored exactly and how can we access them?

html doesn't handles where ur data will be stored, it just lets u take input of data from the user
Whatever data is taken is stored in a database using sql or php or. net

Like what the other guy said, later on in other languages you learn how to store and access the stored info.
