Why do people downvote the post of people who can't write their problem in good English? Why don't they just ignore it?

My humble appeal to all those people who downvote other people post or comment just because they were not written in proper English not to do this . it is a type of harassment and it discourage such users to ask questions or in extreme cases even stop using this fantastic app

@Vaibhav It is also said that people who aren't able to express themselves in proper English should use their native languages ^^
I usually ask people what they mean, I downvote questions very rarely. But recently I got annoyed that people don't even try to describe the problem or to use a translator tool, so I often open, read and close the question without taking any action.

Yeah they should understand it and if they can't get what other person want to say just ignore it but please don't downvote it until he is misusing the app

@tashi that thread is full of problem about those people who are asking questions in their native language but I am talking about lots of post in which someone had tried to ask in English but due to improper English he is getting downvote

@tashi I don't know about Nikhil's post so I repeat it by mistake but this behaviour should be stopped and some action should be taken by SoloLearn officials
