Im a C# programmer.. im planning to switch to PYTHON.. is it a good move for the future..?

As a programmer in general, you must be willing to learn a new language. Knowing another one can't hurt.

That said, it boils down to what you are wanting to do like James above mentioned. Python is fantastic and it can do pretty much anything with the help of imported libraries. But some other languages are either more efficient or faster at doing something than python.

Both are good general purpose languages.
More languages more options!
But the application of language depends on the task.
Always choose right tool for the task.
