Why can't I post a answer to a question?

Trying to post a answer to a question on Q/A and nothings happens when I click post.

2- get sololearn official app to answer any post

I've got the all in one app, pretty sure it's the official app. And pretty sure my account is activated. I'll try restarting it. thx guys
