I have taken tree house and done front end development course and done the html css and I want to create websites.I feel useless

Stick with Sololearn tutorials, follow the tutorials with practice and in few weeks you'll be productive.

Did you try to create something? just from taking the course you'll not get anywhere, make a goal, like a website or an little program, and do the research how to create everything you need for that project, than you'll not feel useless​ anymore

You should try learning some sever side stuff. Also, try an object oriented language like C++, or any of the other popular languages.
