What is the best route for learning languages?
I'm in school for Information Technology but I still haven't really learned anything other than some psuedocode. Which do you guys, personally, prefer software or web design? and what order did you learn the languages for it? I just started HTML because I figured it would be helpful regardless. so basically, total noob, don't know what I'm doing and am seeking guidance 😁

the first thing you need to do is "do what you love"
software and web design isn't far of differences.
you can make software from web, if you want learn web design you need to know about design, material, html, css, ui/ux

I like having a variety of programming knowledge, considering alot of languages can work hand in hand with each other using the right Lib's / Plugin's etc. Both Software and Web Design have conditions that I enjoy working under. Web Design definitely being the easier of the two. I personally picked up coding for Game Design. Sadly i focused my language on Java rather than C++ *considering most major game are coded in C++* So going back and learning it is a little bit of a challenge because I will use Java operators rather than C++. If youre gonna go into web design id definitely say look into what you wanna do as an end result , for me it was Client to Server to Web Communication between my game server im creating, So I'm focused more on learning things like SQL over JavaScript because the communication handled between server and web for my game will use SQL to control all the data that would need to be handled in Databases (IE character files , corresponding codes for gear that the person would have , etc. ) So imo if your gonna try to make a project that utilizes both , Software and Web , learn the software side first.
hope it helps.
