Why not have a cyber security course on sololearn if we can not a hacking course for building secure sites

If you can afford it, purchase an account with pluralsight.com and go through their security / ethical hacking tutorials. All tutorials from pluralsight are created by very reputable people. I highly recommend it.

One day i will understand why people downote every single question about Hacking / CyberSecurity.

There are a lot of alternative sources for learn something about cyber security, for first... complete the PHP course, then try this:

Another choice is https://leanpub.com/ltr101-breaking-into-infosec, i haven't read the whole book only extracts, but i know the author from defcon meets. He is definetely reputable and working in infosec, also the sections i have read are pretty good
