What Language is best for making Discord bots?

i would like to make a discord bot but i want to know what language is the best?

Its actually up to you. The best API that exists now is Node.js as well as Discord.NET (Maybe the Java ones too).
But in the end, you can also integrate other programming languages into your code.

There's a lot of "good" libraries, node.js is one of the most commonly used but both the discord.go (golang) and discord.net (C#) libraries are very performant.

You can find a lot of useful bots tend to use Node.js though, like Dyno ( https://dynobot.net ) which is a large moderation/music/utility bot and Guilded ( http://guilded.gg/discord_bots ) for team organizing, planning events, and game stats.

Obviously, they feel something is going right with it or else why would they use it?
