Google had earlier on used Java for Android development, but now they are using Kotlin which is a language developed by JetBrains, which is mostly based off of Java and JavaScript themselves (unfortunately, there is no tutorial for Kotlin on​ Sololearn, but there are tutorials for both Java and JavaScript and you can learn Kotlin on JetBrains website).
