WYSIWYG platform for HTML5​/CSS

Question

Does anyone knows a good platform for achieving a 'What You See Is What You Get' CSS and HTML5 dedign?
I mean, a platform which produce clean and maintenable code.

I am good at HTML5 and know CSS basics, but not enough to produce my own CSS template from scratch.
Therefore I need a way to get the core CSS template for my project, then I can tune it to get exactly what I want.
