Im in over view and just really can't grasp the concept. I really want to learn js completely new with this.

The Java computer programming language is great to start with. It's easy. You just have to love the codes. :)

A suggestion learn some basic programming language before learning JavaScript.

rather than starting with c++ I would suggest python. even big universities are adopting it as a starting language

You can read a bit of c++ first. I think it aint too hard for beginners

Codecademy.com is also great for beginners learning HTML, CSS & Javascript as well as many other languages. I would suggest learning basic HTML first.
