Why do i fail a question when i get a call during a quiz, i.e. it goes to the next question and i fail the current question?

Its a preventive measure taken so there are no loopholes in challenges.. Its in the system itself.. even if u get a pop-up ur out of the quiz

The call must have turned off the data during the quiz.
