Is computer consciousness possible

if all things are made up of an atom that means our consciousness is somehow some arrangement of attoms and it means that may be we can arrange computers that way.

no I don't think so if I am not mistaken consciousness is being able to take decisions which is brain's function so it has nothing to do with atoms (I guess)
