Confused between Learning Programming Languages and getting In Field Of Pentesting

Question

I think I have enough knowledge of programming {or not} like c++, Java, C, python, Bash but what I really need to do in getting Pentesting field
Someone with experience please share your thinking about this.. As I don't like programming and lack creativity and Logic.. 😬
But I love linux Distros more than anything and I have knowledge of linux and Unix a lot... Just don't wanna become a programmer...?

you can opt for Linux admin then. you profile will mainly require running maintenance and housekeeping scripts and handling incidents with less of programming as such
