Is it possible to start freelancing with only mobile device?

I want to do freelancing. While not having a pc it drags me back.I just want to know if someone here doing freelancing using a phone... thanks in advance

How do you intend to freelance with a phone only?
You can write/run code with/on your phone but it'll probably get really hard to get any company hiring you without proper equipment. I recommend to at least get some supercheap Notebook with which you can write faster and/or use some very good tools like android studio, eclipse and so on. You will get a fitting one for less than 100 $ and a good one for less than 300. Once you got familiar with proper developement (in your case Android Studio is probably best) you will understand why you need a proper hardware setup to get going.

I don't see why not, although having a computer will provide you increased performance, multitasking etc.

@sam why are you recommending android studio when the tags are HTML/web related?

My bad. Assumed he would Use a Mobile Phone for which it is most practical to create own Apps with Android Studio. imo
