Am Curious, Everyone talks about being a good programmer, but what does that actually mean?

To you, what does being a good programmer mean? Cause to me it doesn't mean, winning more challenges than you lose or getting to the Gold or Platinum levels! Or is it?
So what is a good programmer?
And what are the qualities of one?

A good programmer writes clear, readable code that does what it is supposed to do. They should have helpful comments and consistent style. There's a lot of backup things such as creativity, study, good logic, etc that support this goal, but that is my measure of a quality programmer.

A good programmer thinks logically and always find solutions for errors something like that and their own imagination is the only limit
